摘 要:近年来船撞桥事故时有发生,通过合理的风险评估选取适宜的防撞措施对于保障跨航道桥梁安全运营而言具有至关重要的作用。针对某大型跨海桥梁台风期进港船舶数量显著增加的特殊环境,采用JTG/T 3360-02—2020《公路桥梁抗撞设计规范》船撞风险概率分析方法分别计算该桥年碰撞概率和倒塌概率,同时计算台风期及非台风期的桥梁抗撞性能。计算结果表明,距离通航孔距离越远的桥墩,其设防代表船型越低;台风期由于桥区航道流速较高,失控船舶撞击力较大,部分桥墩安全系数较低。In recent years,ship collision accidents occur frequently,so it is very important to select appropriate anti-collision measures through reasonable risk assessment to ensure the safe operation of cross-channel bridges.In view of the special environment in which the number of ships entering the port of a large cross-sea bridge increases significantly during the typhoon period,the annual collision probability and collapse probability of the bridge are calculated respectively by using the ship collision risk analysis method of the JTG/T 3360-02—2020"Code for Anti-collision Design of Highway Bridges",and the anti-collision performance of the bridge in the typhoon period and non-typhoon period are calculated at the same time.The calculation results show that the longer the distance from the navigation hole is,the lower the fortification represents the ship type;during the Taiwan wind period,due to the higher velocity of the channel in the bridge area,the impact force of the ship out of control is larger,and the safety factor of some piers is lower.
