摘　　要：该文对采用惰气-熔融法测定钢中氧氮含量的基本原理、检测过程及样品的制备过程和方法进行介绍。分析、探讨样品加工、检测过程,找出各个环节对检测结果稳定性造成影响的因素。通过对样品制备工艺的改善、设备状态等的优化,提高检测结果的准确性。为公司的产品研发、工艺调整提供数据支撑,同时也为产品质量把好关。In this paper,the basic principle,detection process,sample preparation process and method for the determination of oxygen and nitrogen in steel by inert gas-melting method are introduced.Analyze and discuss the process of sample processing and testing,and find out the factors that affect the stability of the test results.Through the improvement of the sample preparation process and the optimization of the equipment status,the accuracy of the test results is improved.This provides data support for the company's product research and development,process adjustment,and product quality.
