摘　　要：水利工程中泵站是至关重要的一部分,水泵振动过大会影响水泵的寿命,该文对某立式水泵机组振动做数据分析。使用点检仪设备测量水泵的轴承振动,把数据上传至电脑形成表格,使数据转为图表格式。图表数据中可以看到各部位振动趋势和振动大小。使用点检仪测量振动,能够直观地获得振动数据,从而为水泵故障处理提供数据支撑。Pump station is a very important part of water conservancy project,the pump vibration will affect the life of the pump,the vibration data of a vertical pump unit is analyzed.The bearing vibration of the water pump is measured with the point detector equipment,and the data is uploaded to the computer to form a table,and the data is converted into a chart format.The vibration trend and vibration size of each part can be seen in the chart data.Using point detector to measure vibration,vibration data can be obtained directly,thus providing data support for pump fault treatment.
