摘 要:针对上层滞水的局部性、季节性、水量小等特点,专业从业人员对其是否考虑上层滞水浮托力存在争议,导致出现较多由于上层滞水引起的地下室隆起、开裂、梁柱节点破坏等工程质量事故。该文从地层组合模式影响因素分析,分类探讨上土下土型、上土下砂型、上土下岩型3种不同地层组合下的地层特点及水文地质特征,并进行综合分析,探讨不同地层组合条件下上层滞水是否考虑浮托力的建议,提供上层滞水是否考虑抗浮的建议,以供勘察人员参考。In view of the characteristics of the upper stagnant water,such as locality,seasonality and small amount of water,there is a dispute among professional practitioners on whether to consider the buoyant force of the upper stagnant water,which leads to more basement uplift caused by the upper stagnant water.Engineering quality accidents such as cracking and damage of beam-column joints.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of stratigraphic assemblage model,this paper classifies and discusses the stratigraphic and hydrogeological characteristics of three different stratigraphic assemblages:upper soil and lower soil type,upper soil and lower sand type and upper soil and lower rock type,and makes a comprehensive analysis.this paper discusses the suggestion of whether the buoyancy force is considered in the upper layer stagnant water under different stratigraphic assemblages,and provides some suggestions on whether the upper layer stagnant water should consider anti-floating,which can be used as a reference for surveyors.
