摘  要:采用剪切、振动耦合亚快速凝固制浆技术获得Al-Si-Mg-Fe合金半固态浆料,并通过优化挤压铸造工艺参数,制备出高性能挤压铸件。研究了浇注温度和挤压压力对半固态挤压铸件组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着浇注温度从690℃降低至670℃,初生α-Al晶粒直径减小,形状因子增加,孔隙率降低,铸件的力学性能明显提高;随着挤压压力从100 MPa增至120 MPa,初生α-Al晶粒变得细小、圆整,铸件的力学性能提升明显,进一步增加挤压压力至140 MPa时,铸件组织和力学性能的变化不明显。T6热处理后,铸件的力学性能得到进一步提高。Al-Si-Mg-Fe alloy slurry was prepared by sub-rapid solidification slurrying technology combined with shear and vibration.The high-performance squeeze castings were manufactured by optimizing process parameters.Effects of pouring temperature and squeeze casting pressure on the microstructure and mechanical properties of semi-solid squeeze casting Al-Si-Mg-Fe alloys were investigated.The results indicate that when the pouring temperature is decreased from 690℃to 670℃,the average grain size of primaryα-Al grains is decreased,howerer average factor shape is increased,while porosity is decreased,where the mechanical properties of castings are significantly enhanced.Furthermore,primaryα-Al grains are obviously refined and spheroidized with squeeze pressure increasing from 100 MPa to 120 MPa,leading to the rise in mechanical properties.When the squeeze casting pressure is further increased to 140 MPa,the change of microstructure and mechanical properties of castings can be ingnored.After T6 heat treatment,mechanical properties of castings are further raised.
