摘 要:采用热等静压方法成形TA15粉末预合金,系统研究了热等静压工艺参数(温度、时间、压力)对合金显微组织及性能的影响。结果表明,TA15合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度随炉内压力、保温时间与温度的增加均呈现先升高后降低的变化;而伸长率、断面收缩率随压力升高、时间的延长呈先降低后升高的趋势,随温度的升高先升高后降低。当热等静压工艺为930℃×130 MPa×3 h时,TA15合金组织为典型的网篮组织,板条间距与等轴α晶粒含量较低,其抗拉强度可达952.3 MPa,伸长率可达17.1%,屈服强度为866.3 MPa,断面收缩率为47.9%,性能接近锻件水平。TA15 pre-alloying powder forming was conducted by hot isostatic pressing.The effects of hot isostatic pressing parameters including temperature,time and pressure on microstructure and properties were systematically investigated.The results indicate that tensile strength and yield strength are increased at first and then decreased with the increase of elevated pressure,holding time and temperature,while elongation and reduction of area also presents a contrary tendency with the increase of elevated pressure and holding time,and a similar tendency with the temperature increasing.At the parameter for 930℃ X130 MPa X3 h,the microstructure of TA15 alloy is characterized by net basket structure with the smaller slat spacing and content of equiaxedαgrain,where the average tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and reduction of area are 952.3 MPa,866.3 MPa,17.1%and 47.9%,respectively,reaching the level of forgings.
