摘 要:以ZL205A合金壳体铸件为对象,通过研究其逆偏析区域的宏观、微观形貌及力学性能,发现此类逆偏析易产生于缝隙浇道两侧,呈线性分布,其偏析区域中Cu含量偏低,平均约为4.2%;热处理后逆偏析区域硬度(HV)与其他区域相当,约为137;抗拉强度和伸长率相比其他区域略有提升,分别为425.3 MPa和7.0%。结果表明,逆偏析对ZL205A合金铸件本体力学性能未产生负面影响,反而有少量提升作用。The macro and micro morphologies as well as mechanical properties of ZL205A alloy shell castings in inverse segregation region were investigated.The results indicate that the inverse segregation is easily generated on both sides of the gap gate,which presents linear distribution with lower Cu content of 4.2%.After heat treatment,the hardness of alloy in the inverse segregation region is about 137 HV,which is similar to that in other regions.The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are slightly increased compared with other regions,which are 425.3 MPa and 7.0%,respectively.The results reveal that the inverse segregation has no adverse effect on ZL205A alloy castings.Instead,mechanical properties are slightly enhanced.
