摘　　要：目的调查少数民族地区糖尿病患者对“互联网+护理服务”需求现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,自行设计问卷对2021年3月至2022年3月在右江民族医学院附属医院住院的糖尿病患者进行“互联网+护理服务”问卷调查。结果180例调查对象中有15例(8.33%)患者了解“互联网+护理服务”,72例(40.00%)患者出院后需要“互联网+护理服务”,108例(60.00%)患者希望通过医保报销支付居家护理费用。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、自理能力、照护需求满足度等变量是糖尿病患者对“互联网+护理服务”需求的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论少数民族地区糖尿病患者对“互联网+护理服务”的知晓率低,需求程度处于中等水平,医院应加大“互联网+护理服务”的宣传力度,让更多患者了解该项目,做出更好的医疗选择。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of the demand for“internet+nursing services”among diabetic patients in ethnic minority areas.Methods Convenience sampling method was used,and self-designed questionnaire was carried out on diabetes patients who hospitalized in Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from March 2021 to March 2022 to conduct questionnaire survey on“internet+nursing services”.Results Among the 180 cases,15(8.33%)patients knew about“internet+nursing services”,72(40.00%)patients needed“internet+nursing services”after discharge,and 108(60.00%)patients wanted to pay for home care through medical insurance reimbursement.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that variables such as age,self-care ability and satisfaction of care needs were the main influencing factors for the demand for“internet+nursing services”among diabetic patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients in ethnic minority areas have a low awareness rate of“internet+nursing services”,and their demand is at a medium level.Hospitals should increase the publicity of“internet+nursing services”,so that more patients can know about the project and make better medical choices.
