摘　　要：目的探讨血友病患儿家庭治疗中应用护理延伸服务的效果。方法选取江西省儿童医院2019年4月至2021年4月收治的92例血友病患儿,采用随机数字表分为两组,各46例。对照组未开展护理延伸服务,观察组增加护理延伸服务。分析两组预防治疗依从性、关节出血次数和生活质量。结果观察组依从性较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组健康调查简表(SF-36)得分较对照组高,关节出血次数较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论血友病患儿家庭治疗中应用护理延伸服务对提高预防治疗依从性、减少出血发生、提高生活质量具有一定的优势,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing service in family treatment of children with hemophilia.Methods A total of 92 children with hemophilia admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,with 46 cases in each group.Extended nursing service was not carried out on the control group,while the observation group were given extended nursing service.And then,the compliance of prevention and treatment,joint bleeding times and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the MOS 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the number of joint bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Extended nursing service in the family treatment of children with hemophilia has certain advantages in improving the compliance of preventive treatment,reducing the occurrence of bleeding,and improving the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical reference.
