摘　　要：在数智经济转型背景下,智能化对劳动生产率的提升作用不断凸显。本文考察了工业智能化对劳动生产率的异质性影响及空间外部性特征。研究表明,智能化在促进本地劳动生产率提升的同时也产生了空间正外部性,推动着临近地区劳动生产率提升。模拟区域间市场壁垒减弱过程发现,智能化对劳动生产率提升的空间外部效应逐渐增强。异质性分析发现,智能化有利于缩小性别、户籍以及行业收入差距,但扩大了以学历为主要特征的高、低人力资本群体或区域的收入差距。通过时空效应分析发现,智能化对本地区劳动生产率的提升效应随着时间的推移逐渐显著,对临近地区劳动生产率的提升效应逐渐减缓。因此,政策制定者应积极调整和引导诸如“空间壁垒”和收入分配相关政策来吸纳全域性智能化投资,进一步提升整体劳动力市场效率。Under the background of digital-intelligence economic transformation,intelligence plays a prominent role in improving labor productivity.This paper investigates the heterogeneity and spatial externality of industrial intelligentization on labor productivity.The research shows that while promoting the improvement of local labor productivity,intellectualization also produces spatial positive externalities,which promote the improvement of labor productivity in neighboring areas.The process of weakening interregional market barriers is simulated,and the spatial external effect of intelligence on the improvement of labor productivity is gradually enhanced.Through the heterogeneity analysis,it is found that intellectualization is conducive to narrowing the income gap of gender,household registration and industry,but enlarging the income gap of high and low human capital groups or regions mainly characterized by educational background.Through the spatio-temporal effect analysis,it is found that the improvement effect of intelligence on labor productivity in the local area is gradually significant over time,while the improvement effect on labor productivity in neighboring areas is gradually slowed down.Therefore,policy makers should actively adjust and guide policies such as"spatial barriers"and income distribution to absorb regional intelligent investment and further improve the efficiency of the overall labor market.
