摘　　要：基于2011年至2020年我国医药上市公司数据,考察了专利质量对企业绩效的影响及带量采购中标在二者关系中的调节作用。研究结果发现,专利质量对企业绩效具有正向影响,而带量采购中标对专利质量与企业绩效的关系产生正向调节作用。此外,进一步研究表明,带量采购中标的调节作用在大型企业和非国有企业中更加显著。结论丰富了专利质量相关研究,扩展了带量采购政策的研究范畴,并为企业应对带量采购冲击和提高创新研发能力提供了一些启示。Based on the data of China’s pharmaceutical listed companies from 2011 to 2020,this study examines the impact of patent quality on enterprise performance and the moderating role of winning bids in volume procurement.The results show that patent quality has a positive impact on enterprise performance,while winning bids with volume procurement has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between patent quality and enterprise performance.In addition,further research shows that the moderating effect of winning bids in volume procurement is more significant in large enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises.The conclusion of this paper enriches the research on patent quality,expands the research scope of volume-based procurement policy,and provides some enlightenment for enterprises to cope with the impact of volume-based procurement and improve their innovative R&D capabilities.
