摘 要:万家口子水电站2017年2月9日下闸蓄水后,导流洞内发生渗漏水,最大漏水量约14.1 m^(3)/s,对完成导流洞汛前封堵目标造成极大的影响。以此为背景,通过对导流洞渗水情况、现场施工条件等因素进行分析,采用“洞内封堵为主、洞外防渗为辅”原则,拟定“临时堵头+永久堵头”的应急抢险封堵方案。笔者介绍了封堵方案(洞内堵头施工、洞外岸坡抛投填料覆盖和灌浆堵漏施工等)的实施及取得的防渗封堵效果等。导流洞防渗封堵方案的成功实施,可为类似工程提供借鉴。After the impoundment of the Wanjiakouzi Hydropower Station on February 92017 water leakage occurred in the diversion tunnel with a maximum leakage of approximately 14.1 m^(3)/s which greatly affected the completion of the pre-flood plugging target of the diversion tunnel.Based on this background by analyzing factors such as water seepage in the diversion tunnel and on-site construction conditions the emergency rescue plugging scheme of"temporary plug+permanent plug"is formulated using the principle of"mainly plugging inside the tunnel and supplemented by anti-seepage outside the tunnel".The authors introduce the implementation of plugging schemes such as construction of plugs inside the tunnel filling material coverage on the bank slope outside the tunnel and grouting and sealing construction and the anti-seepage plugging effect achieved.The successful implementation of the anti-seepage plugging scheme for the diversion tunnel can provide reference for similar projects.
