摘 要:本研究利用4个抗稻瘟病基因Pi2、Pi9、Piz-t和Pigm的特异分子检测标记对江苏省212份水稻材料的Pi2/Pi9/Piz-t/Pigm抗病基因位点进行检测,并结合苗期叶瘟抗性鉴定和该省田间分离的稻瘟病菌中无毒基因AvrPi9和AvrPiz-t分布情况分析,明确了Pi2、Pi9、Piz-t和Pigm在当前江苏省水稻材料中的分布情况及未来育种应用价值。结果表明,抗病基因Pi9的分布频率最高,测试材料中检出率为37.26%,其次是Piz-t,检出率为32.08%,检出率较低的是Pi2和Pigm,分别为0.94%和0%;对抗病基因与发病情况的相关性分析表明,Pi9和Piz-t与江苏稻瘟病抗性存在一定的相关性;田间稻瘟病菌中含有无毒基因AvrPi9和AvrPiz-t的菌株占比分别为98.6%和95.1%。这些结果暗示着Pi9和Piz-t有较好的育种应用价值。此外,虽然抗病基因Pi2和Pigm的分布极少,但结合前人研究结果我们推测Pi2和Pigm在江苏水稻育种中具有良好的应用潜力。本研究结果为江苏省水稻材料稻瘟病抗性育种中抗病基因资源的合理利用提供了参考。In this study,the specific molecular detection markers of four rice blast resistance genes Pi2,Pi9,Piz-t and Pigm were used to analyze the Pi2/Pi9/Piz-t/Pigm disease resistance gene loci of 212 rice materials in Jiangsu Province.Combining with results of rice seedling infection assay and the analysis of the distribution of the avirulent genes AvrPi9 and AvrPiz-t in the rice blast fungus isolated from Jiangsu Province,the distribution of Pi2,Pi9,Piz-t and Pigm in the current rice materials in Jiangsu Province was clarified situation and future breeding utilization valued.The results showed that the distribution frequency of the rice blast resistance gene Pi9 was the highest,with a detection rate of 37.26%in the test materials,followed by Piz-t with a detection rate of 32.08%,Pi2 and Pigm with a lower detection rate were 0.94%and 0%.Correlation analysis revealed that Pi9 and Piz-t had a certain correlation with rice blast resistance of Jiangsu Province.The proportion of strains containing the avirulent genes AvrPi9 and AvrPiz-t in the fungus of Magnaporthe oryzae in the field accounted for 98.6%and 95.1%,respectively.These results suggested that Pi9 and Piz-t had good utilization value.In addition,although the distribution of resistance genes Pi2 and Pigm is very few,we speculate that Pi2 and Pigm also have good application potential in rice breeding in Jiangsu Province.The results of this study provide references for the rational utilization of disease-resistant gene resources during rice blast resistance breeding in Jiangsu Province.
