摘  要:为了筛选出高抗性的适于天津引种的优质小麦品系,本实验在盐碱地进行田间初步筛选,从800份材料中选取13份耐盐的墨西哥春小麦候选品系,进行苗期耐盐性鉴定。结果表明,盐胁迫下,13个墨西哥春小麦品系相对株高、相对鲜重、相对根长、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度均有不同程度的下降,水蒸气压差和细胞内二氧化碳浓度均有不同程度的上升。隶属函数值与综合评价结果表明,13个小麦品系的苗期耐盐性由高至低依次是3139>1114>6111>1153>6114>6144>1170>6110>1184>1148>6118>6136>6141;其中3139、1114综合评价值最高,分别为0.74和0.73,在苗期具有相对较强的耐盐性,研究筛选出的耐盐品系为当地小麦的抗逆研究提供更多的理论依据。In order to screen out high-quality wheat strains with stress resistance suitable for introduction in Tianjin area,13 candidate strains of high-quality salt-tolerant Mexican spring wheat at seedling stage were screened out from 800 materials of which the preliminary work was carried out in the field of saline-alkali land.The results showed that under all of the physiological parameters including salt stress,the relative plant height,relative fresh weight,relative root length,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance all decreased to different degrees in 13 Mexican spring wheat lines,to contrast the water vapor pressure difference and intracellular carbon dioxide concentration all increased.The results of member ship function and comprehensive evaluation showed that the salt tolerance among these 13 strains were as these order:3139>1114>6111>1153>6114>6144>1170>6110>1184>1148>6118>6136>6141,among of which 3139 and 1114 showed relatively high tolerance to other wheat lines at seedling stage.The salt tolerance strains selected in this study provided more theoretical basis for the study of local wheat resistance.
