摘 要:为了比较不同种植模式下牡丹的丹皮酚含量,以提升‘凤丹'牡丹的药用和经济价值。本研究通过‘凤丹'牡丹,与木瓜、香椿、核桃、女贞分别间作,测定生长发育不同阶段‘凤丹'牡丹丹皮品质及产量,分析单作模式下的不同部位的药用价值。结果表明,在丹皮中所含丹皮酚含量方面,五种栽培模式下丹皮酚含量高低顺次如下:凤丹||女贞>凤丹||木瓜>凤丹单作>凤丹||核桃>凤丹||香椿,且都在花期达到最高值。除凤丹||香椿间作种植模式外,其余间作种植模式下丹皮产量均比单作低,且所有种植模式均在果熟期达到最高值。丹皮酚产量最高的种植模式是凤丹||香椿间作,最低的是凤丹||核桃,且所有种植模式均于果熟期达到最高值。凤丹'牡丹单作时,以丹皮中的丹皮酚含量最高,达到68.07mg/g,其次为木质部、芽和果荚,而茎中的含量最低。此外,以丹皮中丹皮酚含量最高,显著高于木质部等其他部位的产量(P<0.05)。因此,可在郑州及邻近地区采取凤丹||香椿间作栽培模式,并以丹皮为其主要药用部位,在果熟期进行采收。本研究为郑州地区凤丹栽培模式和采收提供了科学依据。The content of paeonol was compared to further improve the medicinal and economic value of tree peony.The Paeonia osti‘Fengdan’was used as experimental material.And it intercropped with Chaenomeles sinensis,Toona sinensis,Juglans regia,Ligustrum lucidum.The dynamic changes of the quality and yield of Paeonia osti‘Fengdan’in different stages of growth and development were measured,and the medicinal value of different parts in monocropping mode was analyzed.Paeonol content order from high to low is‘Fengdan’||Ligustrum lucidum>‘Fengdan’||IChaenomeles sinensis>‘Fengdan’||monoculture>‘Fengdan’||Juglans regia>‘Fengdan’||Toona sinensis,all of which reached its peak at flowering stage.For the yield of cortex moutan,except‘Fengdan’IToona sinensis intercropping mode,the yield of cortex moutan under other intercropping modes was lower than that of monoculture,and all cultivation modes reached the highest value at the ripe stage.The paeonol yield per tree peony in‘Fengdan’||Toona sinensis intercropping mode was the highest,while that in‘Fengdan’||Juglans regia was the lowest.At the fruit ripening stage,the paeonol yield of all modes reached the highest value.For Fengdan'peony monoculture,the highest content of paeonol was in the cortex,which reached 68.07 mg/g,followed by xylem,bud and pod,and the lowest content was in the stem.In addition,the paeonol yield in cortex was the highest,which was significantly higher than that in xylem and other parts(P<0.05).Therefore,‘Fengdan’||Toona sinensis cultivation mode can be adopted in Zhengzhou and its adjacent areas,and cortex moutan can be used as its main medicinal part for harvesting at fruit maturity.This study provides a scientific basis for the cultivation model and harvesting in Zhengzhou.
