摘　　要：目的探讨颌面部骨折精准治疗中数字化手术设计的应用效果,总结工作流程。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2022年12月在我院口腔颅颌面科行术前数字化手术设计的40例颌面部骨折患者的临床资料,总结颌面部骨折整复治疗中的手术设计流程。结果40例患者均在手术设计的当天完成所有术前检查,平均检查耗时<3 h。患者手术均在预定时间内顺利完成,术后功能与外形得到良好的恢复,效果满意。结论规范化的数字化手术设计流程能优化颌面部骨折患者的检查流程,提高医护工作效率,提高手术精度,是保证手术达到预期效果的重要环节。Objective To explore the effect of digital surgical planning in the precise treatment of maxillofacial fractures and to summarize the digital workflow.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with maxillofacial fractures who underwent preoperative digital surgical planning at the Department of Oral Craniomaxillofacial Surgery from January 2019 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the surgical planning procedure in the reconstructive treatment of maxillofacial fractures.Results All 40 patients completed all preoperative examinations on the day of the scheduled surgical planning,and the average examination time consumed was less than 3 hours.All the operations were successfully completed within the scheduled time,the postoperative function and shape were well reconstructed,and patients were satisfied with the postoperative results.Conclusion A standardized digital surgical planning procedure can optimize the examination process for patients with maxillofacial fractures,improve the efficiency of doctors and nurses,and improve the surgical precision,which is an important part to ensure the expected results.
