摘  要:以上海川沙某项目为背景,对跳仓法施工的大体积混凝土进行二次抹压样板试验。将样板块分成四个等大的小块,分别进行不二次抹压、初凝后1.0h二次抹压、初凝后1.5h二次抹压、初凝后2.0h二次抹压的工艺对比试验。另外在现场取一典型块进行二次抹压工艺应用,将整块分为左右面积相当的两块进行抹压工艺试验,一侧采用常规抹压工艺,另一侧在初凝结束后1.5h左右增加二次抹压工艺。结果表明:最佳二次抹压方案为混凝土初凝后1.5h后进行二次抹压工艺;采用二次抹压工艺的混凝土表面较常规抹压工艺的更为光滑;对浇筑的混凝土进行科学养护,裂缝宽度几乎能修复到《混凝土结构设计规范》要求的极限范围内。Taking a project in Chuansha,Shanghai as the background,the secondary plastering and pressing sample test of mass concrete constructed by alternate bay method is conducted.The sample plate is divided into four equally large pieces and the comparative tests are conducted on the process of non-secondary compaction,secondary compaction after initial set for 1.0h,secondary compaction after initial set for 1.5 h,and secondary compaction after initial set for 2.0 h.In addition,a typical block on site is taken for the application of secondary plastering and pressing technology.The entire block is divided into two equal areas on the left and right for plastering and pressing technology testing.The conventional plastering and pressing technology is adopted on one side,and the secondary plastering and pressing technology is adopted on the other side after the initial set for about 1.5 h.The results show that the optimal scheme is to carry out the secondary plastering and pressing process after the initial set for 1.5 h;the surface of concrete using secondary plastering and pressing technology is smoother than that using conventional plastering and pressing technology;the scientific and reasonable curing on poured concrete can almost repair the crack width to the limit range required by relevant national standards.
