摘 要:大型综合医疗建筑工程中的科室区域存在大量多尺寸变化的降板结构,其施工效率和混凝土成形质量控制为施工关键之一。由于工艺、材料和人员等因素,传统木模施工普遍存在吊模偏位、胀模爆模、混凝土缺棱掉角等缺陷。结合工程实例,介绍一种定型化铝型材侧模施工工艺,总结其工艺流程及质量控制要点,并对比木模分析其优势。In large-scale comprehensive medical construction projects,there are a large number of multi-dimensional descending structures in the department area,and the construction efficiency and concrete forming quality control are one of the key construction factors.Due to the factors such as process,materials,and personnel,the traditional wooden formwork construction commonly suffers from the defects such as suspended formwork deviation,expansion and explosion of formwork,and missing of concrete edges and corners.Combined with an engineering application example,a stereotyped aluminum profile side formwork construction process is introduced,its construction process and quality control points are summarized,and its advantages are analyzed by comparing with wooden formwork.
