摘 要:双碳背景下,建筑节能标准不断提高。近年来,外墙外保温脱落事故时有发生,存在安全隐患,政府对外墙外保温系统采取了一系列限制措施。结合房产开发需求以及高层剪力墙结构,探寻更安全可靠、符合现有节能标准、技术成熟、经济适用的外墙保温体系。总结的经验可供今后类似工程借鉴。In the context of the"dual carbon"strategy,the building energy efficiency standards are constantly improved.In recent years,the accidents of external wall outer insulation occurred frequently,posing safety hazards.Therefore,the government has taken a series of restrictive measures for the external wall outer insulation system.Based on the requirements on real estate development and high-rise building shear wall structures,a safer and more reliable external wall insulation system that meets existing energy-saving standards,mature technology and applicable economy is explored.The summarized experience can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
