摘 要:为减少大型盾构吊装阶段对隧道运营保护区的不利影响,以上海江浦路越江隧道新建工程江中段的大型盾构部件刀盘吊装施工为例,充分考虑吊装阶段的每步工序,依次采用吊装设备选型、受力计算模拟、制定专项方案等方法,将吊装阶段产生的沉降及侧向位移控制在相关规范允许范围内,为国内隧道运营保护区大型盾构部件吊装提供一种可供参考的施工流程。To reduce the adverse impact of the hoisting stage of large shield tunneling on the tunnel operation protection area,taking the hoisting construction of the large shield tunneling component cutterhead in the Jiangzhong section of the Shanghai Jiangpu Road Cross River Tunnel as an example,each step of the hoisting stage is fully considered,the methods such as selecting hoisting equipment,simulating force calculation,and developing a special plan are sequentially adopted to control the settlement and lateral displacement generated during the hoisting stage within the allowable range of relevant regulations,which can provide a reference construction process for the hoisting of large shield tunneling components in tunnel operation protection area in China.
