摘  要:装配式桥梁是我国桥梁工程发展的必然趋势之一,为不断提高固定预制梁厂的自动化水平,充分发挥机械设备能力,提高预制厂劳动生产率,提出对预制厂合理的规划布局及优化设计的研究。结合预应力混凝土轻型T梁结构的结构特点和生产需要的主要设备,对生产预制预应力混凝土轻型T梁结构的预制厂从选址到各个功能区的规划设计思路和要点进行了详细探讨,提出了用于厂房区混凝土物料的生产、自动运输、浇筑及成形等设备的空间布局方法,实现了预制厂设备之间的联动化、自动化生产,以期为桥梁预制构件厂的规划设计提供参考。The prefabricated bridges are one of the inevitable trends in the development of bridge engineering in China.In order to continuously improve the automation level of fixed precast beam factories,fully utilize the mechanical equipment capacity,and improve the labor productivity of precast factory,the reasonable planning,layout and optimized design of the precast factory is studied.Based on the structural characteristics of prestressed concrete light T-beam structures and the main equipment required for production,a detailed discussion is conducted on the planning and design ideas and key points of the precast factory for producing precast prestressed concrete light T-beam structures from site selection to various functional areas.A spatial layout method of equipments for concrete material production,automatic transportation,pouring,and forming in the factory area is proposed,and the linkage and automatic production among precast factory equipments have been realized,in order to provide reference for the planning and design of bridge precast component factories.
