摘 要:为解决毗邻高层建筑的挡土墙加固问题,创新设计了一种低成本、便于施工的挡土墙加固方法,对与挡土墙相邻的车库筏板、楼板沉降后浇带进行加固。通过ANSYS有限元软件对沉降后浇带加固与未加固条件下的各种工况进行结构数值模拟分析,验证了该加固方法的可行性,研究了随着高层建筑层数的增加,挡土墙、筏板及车库楼板的变形及应力的变化规律。结果表明,对毗邻挡土墙的沉降后浇带采用该种简易的临时加固方法后,不影响沉降后浇带的两侧结构的沉降变形,同时也能满足结构稳定的要求,无需改变挡土墙结构形式或大幅增加挡土墙及筏板结构的配筋量,大大降低了工程成本。To solve the reinforcement problem of retaining walls in adjacent high-rise buildings,a low-cost and easy to construct retaining wall reinforcement method is innovatively designed to reinforce the garage raft board and floor slab settlement post pouring strip adjacent to the retaining wall.The structural numerical simulation and analysis is performed using the finite element software ANSYS to verify the feasibility of the reinforcement method under various working conditions of reinforcing and unreinforced settlement post pouring strips.The deformation and stress changes of retaining walls,raft board and garage floor slab are studied with the increase of high-rise building floors.The results show that using this simple temporary reinforcement method for the settlement post pouring strip adjacent to the retaining wall does not affect the settlement deformation of the structures on both sides of the settlement post pouring strip,and can also meet the requirements of structural stability.There is no need to change the structural form of the retaining wall or significantly increase the reinforcement amount of the retaining wall and raft structure,greatly reducing the engineering cost.
