摘 要:以钢结构梁-柱节点作为研究对象,探讨焊接行为对结构稳定性的影响,基于ABAQUS软件建立动态焊接有限元模型,通过“生死”单元技术实现三维热源的移动,引入3种焊接工艺孔,分析焊接过程产生的焊缝区域残余应力及残余应变分布情况,探讨适宜实际工程的节点焊接工艺。结果表明:焊接行为使节点出现不均匀的残余应力场,残余应变集中在焊缝端点;适宜具体节点的工艺孔能够有效降低残余应变的数值水平和不均匀性。Taking the steel structure beam-column joint as the research object,the influence of welding behavior on structural stability is discussed.Based on ABAQUS software,a dynamic welding finite element model is established.The 3D heat source is moved through the"birth and death"element technology.Three kinds of welding process holes are introduced to analyze the distribution of residual stress and strain in the weld area generated during the welding process,and the welding process suitable for practical engineering is explored.The results show that,the welding behavior results in an uneven residual stress field at the nodes,with residual strain concentrated at the endpoints of the weld seam;the process holes suitable for specific nodes can effectively reduce the numerical level and non-uniformity of residual strain.
