摘　　要：基于代建模式下的服务内容,对信息化技术在代建管理中的应用实施进行了需求分析,并进一步探索了建立信息共享平台的实施路径。以某疾控中心为实例,在组织建设、团队建设、平台使用等方面进行了管理实践应用。实践表明,应用信息化技术手段,可有效优化代建单位的管理流程,打破信息传递壁垒,规范管理作业模式。Based on the service content under the agent construction mode,the requirement analysis is conducted on the application and implementation of information technology in agent construction management,and further exploration is conducted on the implementation path of establishing an information sharing platform.Taking a certain disease control center as an example,management practices are applied in organizational building,team building,plaform usage,and other aspects.The practice shows that the application of information technology can effectively optimize the management process of construction agencies,break down barriers to information transmission,and standardize management operation modes.
