摘　　要：加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)是一门以减少手术创伤、减少手术并发症、提高手术安全性以及加速患者康复的学科。手是人日常工作学习及生活最常用的器官,具有高精度、高灵活性及易受损伤的特点,而作为骨科的亚专科,手外科的发展对于促进人民群众的健康具有重要意义。进一步推进ERAS在手外科学科的应用发展、完善高效的整合型医疗卫生服务体系、优化患者诊疗流程是手外科发展的新方向,对于构建和完善“主动健康”、创新生命全流程医疗服务模式具有重要意义。本文从成人手外科手术出发,总结了ERAS理念在组织移植、神经松解及修复、手部烧伤以及断肢(指)再植等方面的应用和前景,并进一步论述在老年患者及儿童患者中的特殊诊疗措施,以期提出更加完善的手外科ERAS诊疗方案,为未来规范化、系统化的手外科ERAS应用做展望。Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)is a discipline aimed at reducing surgical trauma,complications,improving surgical safety and accelerating patient recovery.The hand is the most commonly used organ in people's daily work,study and life,with high precision,flexibility and vulnerability.As a sub-specialty of orthopedics,the development of hand surgery is of great significance to promoting the health of people.Further promoting the application and development of ERAS in hand surgery,improving the efficient integrated medical and health service system and optimizing the patient diagnosis and treatment process are the new directions for the development of hand surgery,which is of great significance for building and improving the"proactive health"and innovative life-cycle medical service model.This article summarizes the application and prospects of the ERAS concept in tissue transplantation,nerve decompression and repair,hand burns and limb(finger)replantation starting from adult hand surgery,diagnosis and treatment measures for elderly and pediatric patients,in order to propose more complete ERAS treatment plans for hand surgery and prospects for the future standardized and systematic application of ERAS in hand surgery.
