摘　　要：分析了40 kt/a曼海姆法硫酸钾生产装置的原料计量系统、反应炉系统、氯化氢吸收系统、自动控制系统等在实际运行过程出现问题的原因,并采取了相应的改造措施。改造措施实施后,提高了原料的计量精度,稳定了装置的运行,实现了装置的安全生产,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。The causes of problems in the actual operation of the 40 kt/a Mannheim process potassium sulfate production unit,including the raw material metering system,reactor system,hydrogen chloride absorption system and automatic control system,are analyzed,and corresponding modification measures are taken.After the implementation of the improvement measures,the metering accuracy of raw materials is improved,the operation of the unit is stabilized,and the safe production of the unit is realized,which achieved good economic and social benefits.
