水煤浆加压气化装置煤浆制备单元存在的问题分析及改造措施

摘　　要：水煤浆加压气化装置投入运行后,煤浆制备单元存在煤浆含量偏低、高压煤浆泵和煤浆槽搅拌器经常跳车、棒磨机筒体频繁漏浆等问题。分析了问题发生的原因,采取一系列有针对性的改造措施后,彻底消除了影响煤浆制备单元稳定运行的不利因素,气化炉能耗降低,合成气中有效气体含量增加,煤浆质量分数提高了2.0%。After the coal water slurry pressurized gasification unit is put into operation,the coal slurry preparation unit has problems such as low coal slurry concentration,frequent fault shutdown of high pressure coal slurry pump and coal slurry tank agitator,and frequent slurry leakage of the rod mill cylinder.After analyzing the causes of the problems and taking a series of targeted transformation measures,the adverse factors affecting the stable operation of the coal slurry preparation unit are completely eliminated.The energy consumption of the gasifier is reduced,the effective gas content in the synthesis gas is increased,and the coal slurry mass fraction is increased by 2.0%.
