摘  要:起跑反应速度的快慢对运动成绩有一定影响,为深入探析起跑反应时的特征,采用独立样本T检验、克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯单因素ANOVA检验、Pearson(皮尔逊)等方法对短跨项目运动员起跑反应时与比赛距离项目、性别、比赛赛次和运动成绩等因素的相关性进行研究。结果表明:(1)短跑和跨栏项目运动员的反应时长均与比赛项目距离呈高度正相关,但男子跨栏项目中110m栏运动员反应时快于短跑项目中100m跑。(2)短跨项目起跑反应时具有性别差异,男子在跨栏各项目的起跑反应时均快于女子运动员,女子各项目的起跑反应时随跑距的增加而延长。(3)女子短跑各项目起跑反应时均随比赛赛次的递进而缩短,男子项目起跑反应时长受比赛赛次的影响较小。(4)男女跨栏项目起跑反应时与运动成绩呈中高度相关,女子短跑项目成绩受起跑反应速度影响较大。The speed of the starting reaction has a certain impact on the sports performance.In order to deeply analyze the characteristics of the starting reaction,Independent sample T test,Kruskar-Wallis single factor ANOVA test,Pearson and other methods were used to analyze the relationship between short-span event athletes'starting response and competition distance events,gender,competition times and sports performance and other factors.Correlation research.The results showed that:(1)the reaction time of both sprinters and hurdgers was highly positively correlated with the distance,but the reaction time of 110m hurdler in men's hurdler was faster than that of 100m sprint.(2)There is gender difference in the starting reaction time of short span events.The starting reaction time of male athletes is faster than that of female athletes in all hurdles,and the starting reaction time of female athletes is prolonged with the increase of running distance.(3)The starting reaction time of women's sprint events is shortened with the progress of race times,while the starting reaction time of men's sprint events is less affected by race times.(4)There is a medium-high correlation between the starting reaction and the athletic performance in both male and female hurdles events,while the performance in women's sprint events is greatly affected by the starting reaction speed.
