摘  要:应用于军事侦查领域的红外焦平面探测器制冷组件要求低机械噪声。为降低整体式斯特林制冷机的机械噪声,需要针对噪声产生的原因进行分析。在定位压缩弹簧设计不合理和轴承装配工艺不当导致制冷机机械噪声偏大后,通过优化设计和装配工艺,减少了制冷机在实际应用中的不利影响,制冷机机械噪声这一性能指标满足了用户的应用需求。The Stirling cryocooler component of infrared focal plane array detector used in military investigation requires low mechanical noise.In order to reduce the mechanical noise of the integral Stirling cryocooler,the causes of noise are studied.Results show that the unreasonable design of the compression spring and improper bearing assembly process are the main causes for the mechanical noise of the integral Stirling cryocooler.The adverse effects of the cryocooler in practical application caused by the mechanical noise can be reduced by optimizing the design and assembly process,the performance index of the mechanical noise of the integral Stirling cryocooler meets the application requirements of users.
