摘  要:本试验旨在初步比较川藏黑猪和杜长大三元杂交猪对纤维饲料原料消化率的差异。试验选用32头体重为(80.34±3.68)kg的川藏黑猪和32头体重为(80.48±2.75)kg的杜长大三元杂交猪,按完全随机区组设计分为8个组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验共分为4期,每期使用2种猪各8头,每期试验期10 d,包含5 d预饲期和5 d粪样采集期。试验猪饲喂4种饲粮,包括1个基础饲粮和3个试验饲粮[纤维原料分别为玉米干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)、大豆皮和甜菜粕],其中基础饲粮以玉米-豆粕为基础,试验饲粮分别使用70%基础饲粮+30%相应纤维原料。结果表明:1)川藏黑猪对玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮总能、干物质、粗蛋白质和碳水化合物的表观全肠道消化率(ATTD)显著高于杜长大三元杂交猪(P<0.05);2)川藏黑猪对玉米DDGS试验饲粮总能、干物质、粗蛋白质、碳水化合物和总膳食纤维的ATTD显著高于杜长大三元杂交猪(P<0.05);3)与杜长大三元杂交猪相比,川藏黑猪对大豆皮和甜菜粕试验饲粮能量和养分ATTD无显著差异(P>0.05);4)川藏黑猪对玉米DDGS原料总能、干物质、粗蛋白质、碳水化合物和总膳食纤维的ATTD显著高于杜长大三元杂交猪(P<0.05);5)与杜长大三元杂交猪相比,川藏黑猪对大豆皮和甜菜粕原料能量和养分ATTD无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,与杜长大三元杂交猪相比,川藏黑猪对玉米DDGS总能、干物质、粗蛋白质、碳水化合物和总膳食纤维的ATTD较高。The purpose of this experiment was to preliminarily compare the digestibility of fiber feed ingredients between Chuanzang black pigs and Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire(DLY)pigs.Thirty⁃two Chuanzang black pigs with the body weight of(80.34±3.68)kg and 32 DLY pigs with the body weight of(80.48±2.75)kg were randomly divided into 8 groups with 8 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate.The experiment was divided into 4 phases,with 8 pigs from 2 species in each phase.The experiment lasted for 10 days in each phase,in⁃cluding 5 days of pre⁃feeding and 5 days of fecal sample collection.The experimental pigs were fed four diets,including one basal diet and three experimental diets[fiber ingredients were corn distillers dried grains with sol⁃ubles(DDGS),soybean hull and sugar beet pulp,respectively],in which the basal diet was corn⁃soybean meal based,and the experimental diets were 70%basal diet+30%corresponding fiber ingredients,respective⁃ly.The results showed as follows:1)the apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD)of gross energy,dry mat⁃ter,crude protein and carbohydrate in corn⁃soybean meal type basal diet of Chuanzang black pigs was signifi⁃cantly higher than that of DLY pigs(P<0.05);2)the ATTD of gross energy,dry matter,crude protein,car⁃bohydrate and total dietary fiber in corn DDGS experimental diet of Chuanzang black pigs was significantly higher than that of DLY pigs(P<0.05);3)compared with DLY pigs,there were no significant differences in energy and nutrient ATTD in soybean hull and sugar beet pulp experimental diets of Chuanzang black pigs(P>0.05);4)the ATTD of gross energy,dry matter,crude protein,carbohydrate and total dietary fiber in corn DDGS ingredient of Chuanzang black pigs was significantly higher than that of DLY pigs(P<0.05);5)com⁃pared with DLY pigs,there were no significant differences in energy and nutrient ATTD in soybean hull and beet pulp ingredient of Chuanzang black pigs(P>0.05).In conclusion,the ATTD of total energy,dry mat⁃ter,crude protein,carbohydrate and tota
