摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中发酵茶渣比例对福清山羊生长性能、营养物质消化代谢及血清生化指标的影响,为发酵茶渣在福清山羊中的合理利用提供参考。试验选取体况良好的5月龄福清山羊羯羊60只,平均体重(15.41±1.13)kg,随机分成4组,每组15只。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组试验饲粮分别采用5%(FTR5组)、10%(FTR10组)和15%(FTR15组)发酵茶渣等比例替代基础饲粮中的能量和蛋白质原料(干物质基础),分别开展育肥试验(预试期7 d,正试期30 d)和消化代谢试验(预试期7 d,正试期5 d)。结果表明:1)发酵茶渣的总能(GE)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素、钙、磷和单宁含量分别为20.52 MJ/kg、24.19%、58.74%、32.51%、11.40%、0.55%和0.22%,粗饲料分级指数(GI)值为4.67 MJ/d。2)CON组和FTR5组的干物质采食量显著高于FTR10组和FTR15组(P<0.05),CON组和FTR5组总增重和平均日增重显著高于FTR15组(P<0.05)。3)CON组、FTR5组和FTR10组的干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)和GE表观消化率显著高于FTR15组(P<0.05),FTR10组的CP表观消化率显著高于CON组(P<0.05),FTR10组的NDF和ADF表观消化率显著高于CON组和FTR15组(P<0.05)。4)FTR5组和FTR10组的氮摄入量显著高于CON组和FTR15组(P<0.05),CON组的沉积氮显著低于FTR5组和FTR10组(P<0.05)。各组之间粪氮、尿氮、氮沉积率和氮生物学价值均差异不显著(P>0.05)。5)各组之间血清生化指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加5%发酵茶渣可提高福清山羊的生长性能,饲粮中添加10%发酵茶渣可提高福清山羊的营养物质表观消化率,福清山羊饲粮中发酵茶渣的适宜比例为5%~10%。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary fermented tea residue proportion on growth performance,nutrient digestion and metabolism and serum biochemical indices of Fuqing goats,and to provide a reference for the rational utilization of fermented tea residue in Fuqing goats.Sixty healthy 5⁃month⁃old Fuqing goats with an average body weight of(15.41±1.13)kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 15 goats in each group.The control group(CON group)was fed a basic diet,and the three experimental groups were fed experimental diets which used 5%(FTR5 group),10%(FTR10 group)and 15%(FTR15 group)fermented tea residue to replace the energy and protein raw materials(dry matter basis)in the basic diet,respectively.The fattening experiment(the pre⁃experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 30 days)and digestion and metabolism experiment(the pre⁃experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 5 days)were carried out,respectively.The result showed as follows:1)the gross energy(GE)and contents of crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),acid detergent lignin,calcium,phosphorus and tannin were 20.52 MJ/kg,24.19%,58.74%,32.51%,11.40%,0.55%and 0.22%,respectively,and the roughage grading index(GI)value was 4.67 MJ/d.2)The dry matter intake of CON group and FTR5 group was sig⁃nificantly higher than that of FTR10 group and FTR15 group(P<0.05),and the total weight gain and average daily gain of CON group and FTR5 group were significantly higher than those of FTR15 group(P<0.05).3)The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM)and GE of CON group,FTR5 group and FTR10 group was significantly higher than that of FTR15 group(P<0.05),the CP apparent digestibility of FTR10 group was significantly higher than that of CON group(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of NDF and ADF of FTR10 group was significantly higher than that of CON group and FTR15 group(P<0.05).4)The nitrogen inta
