摘 要:本试验在确定犬粮中液态鲜味剂适宜添加剂量的基础上研究液态鲜味剂对犬采食与健康的影响。采用双盆双盲法进行适口性试验:选取11只健康状况良好、体重接近的5月龄贵宾犬(泰迪),随机分为3个处理,分别为4、4、3只,以不添加液态鲜味剂的犬粮作为对照犬粮,在对照犬粮中分别添加500、1000、2000 g/t液态鲜味剂制成3种试验犬粮,试验采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,共进行3期,每期预试期5 d,正试期5 d。采用适口性试验确定的适宜添加剂量进行耐口性试验:选用9只健康状况良好、体重接近的3月龄中华田园犬,随机分为2组,对照组(4只)和试验组(5只)分别饲喂对照犬粮和添加适宜剂量的液态鲜味剂的试验犬粮,预试期3 d,正试期30 d(试验前期:第1~15天,试验后期:第16~30天)。适口性试验结果显示:犬对添加了500、1000、2000 g/t液态鲜味剂的试验犬粮的采食量、采食时间和采食率均显著高于未添加液态鲜味剂的对照犬粮(P<0.05),确定适宜添加剂量为500 g/t。耐口性试验结果显示:试验前期,液态鲜味剂对犬的平均日采食量没有显著影响(P>0.05),但延长了平均日采食时间(P>0.05);试验后期,液态鲜味剂对犬的平均日采食量有提高趋势(P=0.09),并延长了平均日采食时间(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组犬血清中胰岛素含量在第15天差异不显著(P>0.05),在第30天显著降低(P<0.05);在第15和30天,试验组犬血清中神经肽、饥饿素、食欲素含量高于对照组,胆囊收缩素和瘦素含量低于对照组,其中瘦素含量差异显著(P<0.05)。液态鲜味剂对犬血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶活性与尿素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、极低密度脂蛋白含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,犬粮中添加液态鲜味剂可以显著提升犬粮的适口性和耐口性,本试验条件下的适宜剂量为500 g/t;液体鲜味剂主要是通过抑制瘦素的分泌提�The aim of this experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of liquid umami enhancer on feeding and healthy of dogs on the basis of determining the appropriate dosage of liquid umami enhancer in the dog food.Palatability test was carried out by double⁃basin and double⁃blind method:eleven 5⁃month⁃old health poodles(Teddy)with similar body weight were randomly divided into three treatments,and there were 4,4,3 dogs in three treatments,respectively.Dog food without liquid umami enhancer was used as control dog food,and three test dog foods were prepared by adding liquid umami enhancer to the control dog food.A 3×3 Latin square experimental design was used in the experiment,with 3 phases,each phase lasted for 5 days of pre⁃test and 5 days of formal test.According to the palatability test results,the appropriate dosage of liquid umami enhancer was selected for tolerability test:nine 3⁃month⁃old health Chinese rural dogs with similar body weight were randomly divided into two groups and fed with control dog food(control group,4 dogs)and test dog food which added appropriate dosage of liquid umami enhancer(test group,5 dogs),respectively.The pre⁃test was 3 days,and the formal test period was 30 days(the early period:days 1 to 15;the later period:days 16 to 30).The results of palatability test showed that the feed intake,feeding time and feeding rate of dogs to the test dog foods added 500,1000 and 2000 g/t liquid umami enhancer were significantly higher than the control dog food without liquid umami enhancer(P<0.05),and the appropriate dosage was 500 g/t.The results of tolerability test showed that,during the early period,the liquid umami enhancer did not signifi⁃cantly affect the average daily feed intake of dogs,but increase the average daily feeding time(P>0.05);dur⁃ing the later period,the liquid umami enhancer had a tendency to increase the average daily feed intake of dogs,and increased the average daily feeding time(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,serum insulin content of dogs
