一例猪瘟与猪圆环病毒2型混合感染诊治

摘　　要：当前疫病因素已经成为制约现代生猪养殖业健康发展的主要影响因素,疾病的种类多种多样,在生猪养殖过程中常会出现2种以上疾病混合感染现象,使临床诊断难度相对较大,经常会出现误诊或者漏诊,延误疾病的最佳防治时期,使养殖场面临较为严重的经济损失。猪瘟和猪圆环病毒病是兽医临床上经常出现混合感染的一类病毒性传染性疾病,前者属于重大传染性疾病,后者属于国家二类动物疫病,两种疾病相互叠加会使临床症状进一步加重,并且会导致猪群出现严重的免疫抑制。一般情况下圆环病毒病能有效抑制猪瘟疫苗的正常发挥,导致抗体水平低下,猪群存在免疫空白期,从而给多种病毒性疾病的混合感染提供条件。该文结合实际工作经验,探讨某养殖场一例猪瘟和圆环病毒病混合感染的诊断与防治过程,希望对更好的降低该类疾病的发生流行率有一定帮助。At present,the epidemic factors have become the main factors that restrict the healthy development of modern pig breeding industry.There are many kinds of diseases,it makes the clinical diagnosis relatively difficult,often misdiagnose or missed diagnosis,delay the best period of disease prevention and treatment,so that the farm is facing serious economic losses.Classical swine fever(csfv)and Porcine circovirus disease(CSFV)are a group of viral infectious disease that are frequently coinfected in veterinary clinic.CSFV is a major infectious disease and CSFV is a national class II animal disease,the combination of the two diseases can aggravate clinical symptoms and lead to severe immunosuppression in pigs.In general,circovirus disease can effectively inhibit the normal development of classical swine fever vaccine,resulting in low antibody levels,there is a gap in the herd immunity,thus providing the conditions for the mixed infection of multiple viral disease.In this paper,the diagnosis and control of a case of mixed infection of classical swine fever and porcine circovirus in a farm were discussed.
