摘 要:肉鸡规模化养殖的快速发展导致疾病不断凸显,马立克氏疾病是肉鸡养殖中一种常见的传染性疾病,易造成严重的经济损失,同时制约了肉鸡养殖产业的科学发展。鸡马立克氏疾病是由于感染马立克氏疱疹病毒导致,患病肉鸡会出现内脏器官组织、肌肉、皮肤、各分泌腺体淋巴组织增生的情况,同时患病肉鸡的采食量和生产性能显著下降。该文对肉鸡养殖中马立克氏疾病的病原学特征,疾病的流行病学特点、疾病的诊断措施及防治措施进行介绍,旨在为马立克氏疾病的科学防治及我国肉鸡养殖产业的健康发展提供帮助。Marek's disease is a common infectious disease in broiler breeding,which is prone to serious economic losses,at the same time restricted the scientific development of broiler breeding industry.Marek's disease is caused by the infection of Marek's herpesvirus(MHV).The broilers with Marek's disease have hyperplasia of internal organs,tissues,muscles,skin,and various secretory glands,at the same time,the feed intake and production performance of broilers were significantly decreased.This article will introduce the aetiological characteristics,epidemiological characteristics,diagnosis and control measures of Marek’s disease in broilers,the purpose is to provide help for the scientific prevention and cure of Marek's disease and the healthy development of broiler industry in our country.
