摘　　要：猪脑心肌炎病是由脑心肌炎病毒感染引发的一种病毒性传染性疾病,是一种在生猪养殖领域中出现的频率逐步上升的常见病,该类疾病的典型临床特征是脑炎、心肌炎或者心肌周围出现炎症病变。脑心肌炎病毒传播范围较为广泛,对某些灵长类动物、啮齿类动物具有很强的感染性。猪脑心肌炎病毒病主要对仔猪阶段造成严重的危害,发病较急造成的死亡率相对较高,致死率有时能达到100%。规模化生猪养殖模式下,由于养殖密度相对较大,一旦饲养管理不当就会给猪脑心肌炎病毒病的传播流行提供条件,再加上该种病毒能感染多种类动物,圈舍混合养殖其他动物、老鼠消灭不到位就会导致这种疾病在养殖场中反复出现,给整个生猪养殖业带来巨大的损失。因此,必须要了解这种疾病的传播特征和诊断方式,要做到早发现、早治疗,在短期内将这种疾病得到控制,降低发病率,确保生猪养殖安全。该文研究探讨猪脑心肌炎的诊断与防控方案,希望对广大同行有所帮助。Porcine encephalomyocarditis is a viral infectious disease caused by encephalomyocarditis virus(encephalomyocarditis virus),the typical clinical features of these diseases are encephalitis,myocarditis,or inflammation around the heart muscle.Encephalomyocarditis virus is widely spread and is highly infectious in some primates and Glires.Swine encephalomyocarditis virus disease mainly caused serious harm to piglets,the death rate caused by acute disease is relatively high,sometimes the death rate can reach 100%.In the large-scale pig breeding model,because of the relatively large breeding density,once the feeding and management are not appropriate,it will provide the conditions for the spread and epidemic of encephalomyocarditis virus disease of pigs.In addition,the virus can infect many kinds of animals,co-breeding of other animals,mice will lead to the elimination of the disease in the breeding farms,the whole pig industry to bring huge losses.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the transmission characteristics and diagnostic methods of this disease,to achieve early detection,early treatment,in a short period of time to control this disease,reduce the incidence and ensure the safety of pig breeding.This article studies the pig brain myocarditis diagnosis and the prevention and control plan,hoped has the help to the general colleague.
