摘  要:针对海洋深水油气开采对深水立管柔性接头大摆角、耐高温、高压的需求,介绍了一种全新的深水立管柔性接头设计,并按照内压、温度载荷对该设计方案进行了强度、摆动刚度、传热等仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该新型深水立管柔性接头结构设计方案正确,工作压强、轴向载荷和最大摆角等主要性能指标达到并超过国外先进水平。In order to meet the requirements of large swing angle,high temperature and high pressure resistance of deepwater riser flexible joint in offshore deepwater oil and gas exploitation,a new design for deepwater riser flexible joint was introduced.Strength,swing stiffness and heat transfer was simulated and analyzed according to internal pressure and temperature load.The simulation results show that the structural design scheme of the new deepwater riser flexible joint is correct,and the main performance such as working pressure,axial load and maximum suing angle reache and exceed the advanced level abroad.
