摘　　要：丁海斌教授对档案价值问题进行了深入的体系性的研究,并提出了诸多原创性观点。如提出档案的根本价值是经验价值(事实性经验价值、原始记录性经验价值)、首次使用“经验”一词描述档案的根本价值、首次提出档案的根本作用是人类群体思维的原始经验基础、首次将“情感”作用列为档案的基本作用之一、首次提出“人类五大信号系统”理论等,形成了档案的根本价值、档案的根本作用、档案的三大基本作用、档案价值实现规律等多方面全方位的档案经验价值理论体系。而且,丁教授的档案经验价值理论与哲学理论中的经验哲学、知识论、实践论等实现了有机融合和互补性互动。Professor Ding Haibin has conducted an in-depth and systematic research on the value of archives and put forward many original views.For example,he proposed that the fundamental value of archives is empirical value(factual experience value,original recorded experience value);he first used the word“Experience”to describe the fundamental value of archives;he first proposed that the fundamental function of archives is the original experience basis of human group thinking;he first listed the effect of“emotion”as one of the basic functions of archives;he first introduced the theory of“human five signal system”,etc.A comprehensive theoretical system of archival experience value is formed,including the fundamental value of archives,the fundamental function of archives,the three basic functions of archives,and the law of realizing the value of archives.Moreover,Professor Ding's archival empirical value theory has realized organic integration and complementary interaction with the empirical philosophy,epistemology,and practical theory of the philosophical theory.
