基于档案数字人文馆员角色定位的能力转型分析

摘　　要：文章在探求数字人文含义及近年来相关学术研究的基础上,从著作、期刊、论文三个方面叙述了数字人文的研究发展趋向,意图归纳总结在数字人文大背景下的研究人员能力素养研究和职责构建需求,试图提出档案数字人文馆员需具备的职业能力要素,为档案从业人员的职业能力建设和研究提供参考。提出在数字人文视域下,计算机与互联网技术不断变革下,档案馆员应顺应环境变化从档案的资源建设服务、资源管理服务以及知识和价值挖掘服务三个方面提升从业能力,提升个人文化、数据、信息以及交流沟通素养,从而促进档案数字人文服务的转型升级。On the basis of exploring the meaning of digital humanities and related academic research in recent years,the article describes the research development trend of digital humanities from three aspects:publications,journals and theses,with the intention of summarizing the research needs of researchers'competence and quality and the construction of their duties in the context of digital humanities,and attempting to propose the elements of professional competence that archival digital humanities librarians need to possess,so as to provide professional competence construction and research for archival practitioners.The purpose is to provide a reference for the professional capacity building and research of archival practitioners.It is proposed that in the context of digital humanities and the continuous changes in computer and internet technologies,archivists should improve their professional competencies in three areas:archival resource construction services,resource management services and knowledge and value mining services,and enhance their personal culture,data,information and communication literacy,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of archival digital humanities services.
