基于物联网的船舶机舱防油污染智能监控系统设计

摘　　要：针对船舶人为排放污油造成海洋油污染的现象,利用流量传感器监测污油流向,液位传感器监测各相关污油柜的舱容变化,采用Arduino UNO作为系统处理单元,应用LoRa无线通讯和物联网技术,设计机舱污油处理智能监控系统,全程监控污油的流向与处理,为航运公司及海事部门监控船上污油处理提供技术支持.同时针对实船污油焚烧任务重、耗时长、燃烧不稳定、工作量大的特点,利用火焰传感器、温度传感器等传感器技术,采用PLC作为系统处理单元,通过物联网技术,设计出一种焚烧炉运行智能监控系统.通过改善焚烧炉的燃烧与加强监控两种手段,确保船上污油的正确处理,杜绝人为排放污油的现象.In view of the phenomenon of marine oil pollution caused by man-made discharge of slop oil from ships,there are still problems.The flow sensor is used to monitor the flow direction of slop oil,and the liquid level sensor is used to monitor the change of the tank capacity of each relevant slop oil tank.Arduino UNO is used as the system processing unit,LoRa wireless communication is applied,and the intelligent monitoring system for slop oil treatment in the engine room is designed through the Internet of Things technology,to monitor the treatment of waste oil in the whole process,providing technical support for shipping companies and maritime departments to monitor the waste oil treatment on board.At the same time,aiming at the characteristics of heavy task,long time consuming,unstable combustion and large workload of waste oil incineration on board,The sensor technologies such as fire sensor,temperature sensor are used,and PLC is used as the system processing unit,Through the Internet of Things technology,an intelligent monitoring system for the operation of incinerator is designed.By improving the combustion of incinerator and strengthening the monitoring,the correct treatment of waste oil on board can be ensured,and the phenomenon of man-made discharge of waste oil can be eliminated.
