摘  要:针对邮政快递行业迅猛发展对人才的高质量要求,以培养邮政工程类创新型人才为目标,发挥学科整体优势,突出行业特色,实施理论和实践教学一体化创新性研究。在充分了解行业现状和人才需求特征的基础上,主要围绕信息工程、网络工程和设备工程领域实施理论课程体系创新,并辅之以相应的实践课程进行强化巩固,形成了“3+1”结构的理论模块和实践模块系统化的创新型人才培养课程体系,以培养具有邮政信息分析处理与系统开发、快递网络规划与智能调度、邮政自动化装备维护与设计等能力的高素质创新型人才。With the rapid development of the postal express industry,there is an urgent demand for talents of high quality.This paper aims to cultivate innovative talents of postal engineering,give full play to the overall advantages of the discipline,highlight the characteristics of the industry,and implement the innovative research of the integration of theoretical and practical teaching.On the basis of fully understanding the current situation of the industry and the characteristics of talent demand,the innovation of theoretical curriculum system is mainly implemented in the fields of information engineering,network engineering and equipment engineering,supplemented by corresponding practical courses to strengthen and consolidate,forming a systematic innovative talent training curriculum system with“3+1”structure of theoretical modules and practical modules in order to cultivate high-quality innovative talents with the abilities of postal information analysis and processing and system development,express network planning and intelligent scheduling,postal automation equipment maintenance and design.
