摘　　要：“医学生物化学”课程是医学院校重要的专业基础课程,物质代谢的理论知识不仅是“医学生物化学”课程的核心内容,还是临床诊疗和医学科研的理论基础。生物化学代谢过程不是静止孤立的,而是动态变化和互相联系的,从整体和辩证思维的角度才能够正确认识物质代谢,掌握生物化学的主要内容。通过分析和整理医学院校“医学生物化学”课程教学中隐性的课程思政,建立“医学生物化学”课程思政元素资料库,培养有责任和担当的医学生,同时也为医学院校“医学生物化学”思想政治教育提供参考。Biochemistry is the important basic professional course in medical colleges and universities.The theory of nutrient metabolism is not only the core content of biochemistry course,but also the theoretical basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment and medical research.Biochemical metabolism is not static and isolated,but dynamic and interrelated.Only from the perspective of holistic and dialectical thinking can we understand material metabolism correctly and master the main contents of biochemistry.In order to establish a database of ideological and political elements in biochemistry courses,cultivate responsible medical students,and provide reference for ideological and political education in biochemistry teaching of medical colleges,we analyzed and sorted out the hidden“curriculum ideology and politics”in the courses of medical biochemistry.
