摘　　要：摩擦因数是设备正常工作的重要参数。以三菱PLC作为控制器设计一个测量摩擦因数的测量仪,以测试摩擦因数的相关理论为基础设计方案,对实验台进行机械结构、硬件和软件设计,使实验台最终具有测试摩擦因数的功能。通过光电传感器与PLC控制器的连接测试物体完全通过光电传感器的时间,通过旋转式编码器发出的脉冲确定实验台倾斜角的变化,然后使用PLC控制器将采集到的时间数据和倾斜角数据,再将采集到的数据进行运算处理求出摩擦因数,最后通过触摸屏显示出来。该实验仪结构简单、性能稳定,能准确测量摩擦因数的值;能用于科研和机电创新实验实践教学。Friction factor is an important parameter for normal operation of equipment.In this paper,Mitsubishi PLC is used as the controller to design a measuring instrument for measuring friction coefficient.The mechanical structure,hardware and software of the test-bed are designed based on the theory of testing friction coefficient,so that the test-bed has the function of testing friction coefficient.The time when the object completely passes through the photoelectric sensor is tested through the connection between the photoelectric sensor and the PLC controller,and the change of the tilt angle of the experimental platform is determined through the pulse sent by the rotary encoder.Then the PLC controller is used to calculate the collected time data and tilt angle data,and then the collected data is processed to calculate the friction factor,and finally displayed through the touch screen.The experimental instrument has simple structure and stable performance.It can accurately measure the value of friction coefficient and can be used in scientific research and electromechanical innovation experiment practice teaching.
