摘  要:本科生培养是关系到党和国家事业发展的关键问题。高校作为人才培养的摇篮,担负着立德树人的根本任务,如何大类培养、因材施教,着眼于党和国家的人才需求点,专业导论课程在大学人才培养体系中起到的作用越来越明显。着眼于商学院专业导论课程的教学模式现状和专业导论课建设存在的主要问题,提出针对课程教学改革的理念方向与支撑条件,为专业导论课程建设提供教学实践的理论参考。The quality of undergraduate education is a key issue related to the development of the Party and the country.As the cradle of talent training,universities shoulder the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating talents”.In cultivating students according to their aptitude and the needs of the country,professional introduction courses play an increasingly obvious role in the university talent training system.Focusing on the present teaching mode and the main problems of the professional introduction course of business school,this paper proposes the direction and supporting conditions for the reform of curriculum teaching,and provides theoretical reference for the teaching practice.
