摘　　要：在TFT液晶面板生产运行过程中,技术升级或者新增设备酸性废气接入原有的酸性废气处理系统,同时由于厂房设计时对酸性废气采用中和处理方法,导致酸性废气中的氮氧化物NOx未完全被去除掉,排放出呈黄色烟气状态违规废气。通过废气改造的实际项目,并进行了工程计算。得到了彻底解决方案,酸性分级处理法。以便工业厂房设计师在今后的废气设计时参考。During the production and operation of TFT liquid crystal panel,the acid exhaust gas of technology upgrade or new equipment is connected to the original acid exhaust gas treatment system.At the same time,because of the neutralization treatment of acid exhaust gas in the design of factory building,the nitrogen oxide NO X in the acid exhaust gas is not completely disposed of and the Yellow exhaust gas is discharged.Qi.The author passed the actual project of exhaust gas transformation and carried out engineering calculation.A thorough solution,acidic grading treatment method,has been obtained for industrial plant designers to refer to in the future design of exhaust gas.
