摘  要:基于京秦高速遵秦段某下承式钢箱梁系杆拱桥工程,对其上部结构施工技术特点进行详细分析,针对支架体系施工、主桥施工、钢结构加工、主拱肋、格构梁吊装、拱肋合龙段施工、交通导行方案设计、吊杆吊装等进行了详细的研究。利用有限元软件,对桥梁施工阶段进行了数值模拟,研究分析施工过程钢拱肋、钢箱梁和吊杆的内力、应力,结果均满足相应规范要求;并对设计提供吊杆张拉顺序进行优化。其施工方法可为同类桥梁施工提供参考。Based on a steel box girder tied arch bridge project of Zunhua-Qinhuangdao section of Beijing-Qinhuangdao Highway,the construction technology characteristics of the upper structure were analyzed in detail.The support system construction,main bridge construction,steel structure processing,main arch rib and the lattice beam hoisting,closure section of the arch rib construction,traffic guide design,and the suspender hoisting were studied in detail.Using the finite element software,the numerical simulation of the bridge construction stage was carried out,and the internal force and stress of the steel arch rib,steel box girder and suspender in the construction process were studied and analyzed.The results meet the corresponding specification requirements.In addition,the suspender tension sequence was optimized.The construction method can provide reference for similar bridge construction.
