高等学校学风建设影响因素的DEMATEL分析

摘　　要：为了解高等学校的学风建设情况,探究高校学风建设影响因素的内在联系,本文在分析确定了影响高等学校学风建设的13个因素的基础上,引入DEMATEL方法来分析各因素的内在联系,确定各影响因素的重要程度。结果表明,学生学习自主性是最关键的因素,对高校的学风建设具有重要的影响。In order to understand the style of study construction in colleges and universities and explore the internal relationship between the influencing factors,on the basis of analyzing and determining 13 factors,this paper introduces the DEMATEL method to analyze the internal relationship of each factor and determine the importance of each influencing factor.The results show that students learning autonomy is the most critical factor,which has an important impact on the style of study construction in colleges and universities.
