大学生自主创业影响因素的四维度分析和实证研究

摘　　要：随着高校不断扩招,每年毕业生人数激增,就业压力不断增大,许多大学生在校期间或者毕业之后选择自主创业。因此,探索影响大学生自主创业的因素具有积极意义。本文对339名大学生进行了自主创业影响因素的调查,分析了影响大学生创业的自身因素、家庭因素、社会因素及学校因素四个维度。结果显示:自身的心理素质、社会经验、营销能力等个人因素对大学生自主创业有显著影响;家庭的收入状况、对创业的接受与支持程度等家庭因素,学校的创业教育、政府的政策支持也对大学生自主创业有显著影响。With the enlargement of the universities in China,the number of graduates increases rapidly every year,and the employment pressure increases significantly,so many college students choose to start their own businesses during college or after graduation.Therefore,the analysis of influence factors has active significance.In this paper,an investigation about the influencing factors of 339 college students self-employment was conducted.The studied factors that influence college students entrepreneurship are personal factors,family factors,social factors and school factors.The results shows that personal factors such as psychological quality,social experience,marketing ability,etc.have a positive impact on college students self-employment;In addition,family factors such as the family s income status,the acceptance and support of entrepreneurship,school entrepreneurship education,and government policy support also have a significant positive impact on college students self-employment.
