市级城乡风貌整治提升的核心问题及方法路径——以浙江省金华市为例

摘　　要：探讨市级城乡风貌整治提升在市域统筹及县(市、区)行动指引的核心问题,提出市域、城区两个层次的工作重点。市域采用“线性链接、板块协调”的全域空间统筹指引方法,并以风貌区建设为抓手,建立市县实施传导路径。从金华市全域空间统筹指引和城区深化行动建设及风貌区创建工作中的实践探索,为市级城乡风貌整治提升工作提供借鉴。To discuss the core issues of urban and rural landscape improvement at city level,in both overall planning and county(city)action guidance,work priorities are proposed at both city and county level.The city utilizes the"linear link,plate coordination"method for spatial overall planning guidance across the entire area and prioritizes the construction of model districts to establish the city/county implementation transmission path.The practices and explorations of Jinhua's overall spatial planning guidance,urban area deepening action construction,and model area creation work provide a reference for improving urban and rural landscape at the city level.
