摘  要:以甬台温高速公路复线南塘至黄华段路堑石方开挖工程为背景,针对路堑开挖区域厂房及居民区域密集,传统钻爆法开挖难以适用的难题,开发了一种绳锯切割技术对山体岩石进行处理。该技术将自然界中硬度最高的金刚石与绳索相结合,形成金刚石绳锯,在进行山体岩石切割前,先打水平穿绳孔,在切割作业时只要将绳索环绕切割岩石形成一个封闭环,在动力驱动下绳锯环绕岩石高速旋转,进行山体岩石水平面的切割;在完成一个岩体水平面(拉底)切割后,可以继续利用水平穿绳孔,进行竖面的切割,实现了一孔二用,从而大大提高了穿绳孔的利用率,降低了钻孔的施工成本。Based on the excavation of the stone section of the Nan Tang to Huanghua segment of the YTW Expressway complex,which is densely populated with factories and residential areas,traditional drilling and blasting methods are not applicable.A rope saw cutting technology was developed to process the mountain rocks.This technology combines the hardest diamond in nature with a rope to form a diamond rope saw.Before cutting the mountain rock,horizontal rope holes are first drilled.During the cutting operation,the rope saw is wrapped around the rock to form a closed loop,and under the driving force,the rope saw rotates rapidly to cut the horizontal plane on the mountain rock.After completing the horizontal plane(floor)cutting of a rock mass,the horizontal rope hole can be reused to cut the vertical plane,achieving dual use of a single hole,greatly improving the utilization rate of the rope hole,and reducing the construction cost of drilling.
