摘　　要：在习近平外交思想指引下,从世界意义上讲,创造人类文明新形态主要有五点意蕴:一是中国共产党人天下情怀的时代呈现,开辟了人类文明发展的新境界;二是坚持走和平发展道路的必然结果,为世界实现和平安宁作出重大贡献;三是彰显构建人类命运共同体理念的科学性和真理性,推动人类社会不断向前迈进;四是昭示了全人类共同价值的光明前景,为建设更加美好的世界提供了理念指引;五是马克思主义中国化在新时代实现新飞跃的重大成果,将不可避免地助推21世纪科学社会主义的发展。从学科层面上看,国家间文明互动是国际政治社会学研究的重要内容,国际政治社会学强调国际政治的社会内涵,突出政治权力的社会性,关注国际社会在演变过程中凸显的社会问题。从维护人类文明多样性视角出发,人类文明多样性的客观发展与国际政治社会学的守正创新交相辉映。因此,从世界意义和学科发展出发,全面、深刻理解“人类文明新形态”对全人类问题的重要价值,从战略高度把握对外讲好“人类文明新形态”故事具有四点重要的现实价值。第一,对于加强中国话语能力建设具有重要意义;第二,对于发展中国家现代化建设具有重要意义;第三,对于构建多元文明共生共荣、合作共赢的世界文明新秩序具有重要意义;第四,对于推动构建人类命运共同体具有重要意义。Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,in terms of worldwide significance,there are five points concerning the new model for human civilization,which are:1)the new model for human civilization represents the mind of CPC about the wellbeing of humanity in the new era,and elevates the advancement of human civilization to a new height;2)the new model for human civilization is the inevitable consequences of Chinese path to peace and development,making huge contributions to the peace and stability around the world;3)the new model for human civilization embodies the scientificity and truth of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,and advances human society continuously forward;4)the new model for human civilization shows the promising prospects of common values of humanity,providing a conceptual guide to building a better world;5)the new model for human civilization is the tremendous results of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context in the new era,and will promote the development of scientific socialism in the 21"century.From the point of view of the subject itself,civilizational interactions between nations constitute important part of the study of international political sociology,which lays emphasis on social contents in international politics and the social nature of political power,and focuses on social issues emerging in the course of international society evolution.From the perspective of safeguarding the diversification of human civilizations,advancements in the diversification of human civilizations are coupled with profound breakthroughs in international political sociology.Therefore,in terms of worldwide significance and the subject development,this article argues that there are essential implications in practice of thoroughly grasping the importance of the new model for human civilization,and of advocating well the story of the new model for human civilization regarding four areas,which cover 1)the enhancement of construction of Chinese discourse;2)the modernization con
